Our a/c went out on a Sunday(of course!) so we began getting quotes for a new unit. We purchased the home in 2015 and the only thing we could find on the unit was it had been serviced by Weather Engineers in 2011. While getting quotes, we were told by Weather Engineers that they had installed this unit in 2004! Needless to say it was a shock but very grateful the unit lasted that long. The salesman was very patient with all the questions I had; I believe his name was Mike(not sure). We had a complete new Trane system installed and working in 1 day plus the tech was very gracious to remove some old duct work that had been left in the attic. I'm amazed at the quality and service of this company! Nathan, you are truly a class act, I truly appreciate you spending the time with me and sympathizing with my ordeal. :) I'm so glad I found you guys to replace my outside unit, and now I have a trustworthy company to call for the yearly tune ups. Thank you so much, Weather Engineers! Please everyone...hire these guys!
Update: after 3.5 years the compressor went out. I'm sure i pulled the unlucky straw since new compressors will last anywhere from 7 to 10 years, if not longer. And of course the parts were covered under the 10-year warranty but not the labor. So now I'm out hundreds... read full review

Our A/C system failed late last night. I called Weather Engineers first thing in the morning and within hours they had a technician at our door. I cannot say enough good things about Mike our service tech. He is very personable, friendly, and will take the time to explain everything he is doing. Overall Weather Engineers gets 5 stars and if I could I'd give Mike a sixth star. Great Job Mike!
