Viera Health & Rehabilitation Center

My dad has been at Viera for about a month now. I live in Washington and needed to quickly find him a place to live after his health declined and he was no longer able to care for himself. My sister lives near Orlando but was no help in this search, so I had to search for a facility over the internet and phone, which felt so risky to me. I called around and spoke to about a dozen facilities and received basic information but without actually being physically present it felt like a gamble. Tracey the concierge is absolutely wonderful. My uncle was a patient at Viera and whenever we had questions or concerns, Tracey would make sure they were answered or got us the help we needed.

I have a family member who is staying at Viera health and rehab and I see the reviews and it doesn’t really lineup with what I’ve experienced when we got there there was a person named Tracey who turned out to be an incredibly valuable member of our care team. She navigate all the roads for us because they’re unknown we’ve never been through this before and any kind of problems we’ve encountered she’s taking care of we literally almost left three times and Tracey was the reason we stayed because the fire as we experienced she went in and put them out and made things better so thank you Tracey for doing what you do it really does help the nursing team was good... read full review
