Making an appointment is so hard here. Tried calling three separate times on different days for different appointments and nobody picks up. Cannot make a sleep doctor appointment online with Viera clinic. Getting my 1st appointment here was ridiculous- made an online appointment and nobody contacted me so I had to walk in and make the appointment. WTF is wrong with the VA? The inefficiencies are mind boggling.

It's close to home where the Care has been excellent. The staff has always has a smile from the time you walk in the door upon seeing the greeters to the schedulers, nurses and the doctors. It is a Clinic so the surgical staff is still in Orlando. If needed shuttle busses run round trip twice a day to Lake Nona VA Hospital in Orlando.

And it usually takes months to get a new patient appointment. On a whim, I decided to give the VA a try. What would it hurt? I'd never heard people brag about their VA healthcare... read full review
