Excellent cleaning company for our small business. They are able to accommodate our busy schedule and provide top quality cleaning services. Their staff are always so nice and friendly and do a great job.
Visited my stepson house this week. The US Cleaning Service maid supposedly cleaned the house the day before my wife and I arrived. The only cleaning that could have been done was to dust the tops of end tables and sweep down the middle of a room. The front of the SS dishwasher was not wiped down, the bottom shelf of end tables were not dusted and the bathroom floor was supposedly mopped. I doubt this as there was hair all over the floor. After my previous post concerning what was considered poor service by U. S. Cleaning Service, they contacted me immediately to get to the bottom of the issue. They made things right with my stepson by sending one of their staff to his residence a day later and doing a thorough cleaning. I can’t say enough about how they truly make the best effort to make sure their clients are satisfied.
