Michael from Turtley Awesome Cooling and Heating serviced my A/C unit that stopped cooling. He was prompt and professional. He explained everything about my system and gave great advice. I trust and highly recommend Turtley Awesome Cooling and Heating.
Really happy with the expert handling of my A/C problems. I think it was over priced. When I called to set the appointment, there was an expired 5% off discount, as well as a $89.00 refund if the repair was to be done by Turtley. So, I got the 5 % off but, had to pay the original service fee $89.00 as part of my bill. Other than these facts I am very satisfied with the repair work. The total bill for a 2 ½ hour repair work was total $1238.00. I join their plan for $159.00 for Turtley to come out 2 times a year to check and clean the drain and check the A/C. So yes I was happy with the work or I would not have paid the extra $159.00. Now, time will tell.
Some of the thermal tape & fiber reinforced plaster separated where the tape/plaster joined the ceiling since a few days ago when they installed my new HVAC, but they came back out within a day of me calling them & fixed the problem & of course did not charge me. This is a great sign of a very good company. I would recommend them for sure.Service: HVAC system repair
