The Yoga Garden is a beautiful place to practice. I love walking through the garden before heading into the studio. all of the instructors have been awesome and offer variations to many of the positions to suit the individual. 10 out of 10 would recommend
The Yoga Space is truly a place for everyone and all about it being YOUR yoga experience. The atmosphere is warm, generous, and fun. No competitive vibe at all! Tami is super knowledgeable and often shares fun information. I really love it there.
I'm in town for the week and looked up a yoga spot to walk to. Downtown yoga was exactly what I was looking for. The class was packed but the instructor was able to fit everyone in. I enjoyed the flow of the class, as it wasn't too challenging or too slow or easy. Rates per class seem a little high for a small town. Overall worth it and I will definitely be back before the end of my trip!
