The staffs are nice, but the person on the phone gave me false information. I had to do an immigration physical exam, i called the previous week wanting to make an appointment, but she told me immigration physical exam doesn’t need an appointment, just walk in. When I got there, the staff told me I need an appointment for this, also the doctor who perform the exam doesn’t work on mon. I spent 30 min and $30 to Uber here, had nothing done but making an appointment, and another 30 min and $30 back home. Very frustrating!

Went here Monday August 5th when they opened. 3 folks in front of me. They took my info right away, paid my insurance copay and was in a room waiting for the PA in 12 minutes.

I went here yesterday for a broken toe! From the time I came in and filled out my paperwork, Dana was a HUGE help. Greeted me, and even helped me with my paperwork being that I couldn’t walk back and forth to turn my paperwork in. Very helpful! Sebastian was really nice as well. Overall GREAT customer service! 10/10
