I have done a couple of private sessions with Ariel and it has been great! She gives good direction and ensures I’m performing each exercise with proper form and muscle engagement. She’s also very nice and approachable. I walk out of these private sessions feeling energized ☺️ Thanks Ariel!

Maria is great. I've been comng here for just a few private classes and my bad hip is already much improved. I've tried many things but this is the only exercise that is truly helping-- making me stronger and increasing my range of motion.

Maria and Pilates have been in my life for almost twenty years and it has kept me mobile through some very tough times. She has adapted my work-outs to a number of different issues but I always feel strong and stretched. She is Board Certified and has had excellent training and knows just what to do to keep old and young bodies moving. Doctors have remarked on how strong my abs and back muscles are and I am soon to be 76.
