I’ve never advertised or did business with this company and they send invoices to 2 of my businesses. It needs to stop. It’s a scam!

I'm not sure what I need to do. I'm at my end with this publication. My home is newly built in Palm Bay, and since we've moved in, I keep getting this paper thrown in my yard. I did not order delivery of it, and evey month for the past four years I have called customer service to ask them to stop and they keep telling me that it will.... but, my lawn is still littered with the paper at least four times a month. They talk to me as if my request is strange over the phone because it is free. They don't realize that in this day and age, the paper is an antiquated way to get information and advertise coupons.
