I've brought my iPad here on several occasions and have always been helped in a professional and pleasant manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their electronic devices. I have had different techs and they are all the same in their helpful experience.
Been here before and had amazing customer service and technical support. And here again today for a cell "emergency" after dropping it.Previously, BRENNEN was super patient with another customer who was distraught in thinking all photos were lost. He demonstrated amazing technical skills in fixing her issue while trying to explain it in a way she understood. He also troubleshoot the issue with my cell and quickly resolved it - as I waited.Today, I planned to go to another store BUT could not pass up their amazing service. And sure enough, NAM was super helpful, explained the process, and answered all of my questions.DEFINITELY will come back... for their customer... read full review
My phone died, was told by big store no way to fix or get contacts, photos, history . Bought a new phone. But these guys tested, got the tools necessary to download all my stuff. Great and worth the cost. Thanks, guys!
