Howard's use of trigger point massage has corrected all my issues, from back and neck pain to plantar fasciitis. I totally recommend him, especially for sports therapy and instead of a chiro.
My back has been bothering me for a few day , I went to Howard to see if he could get me some relieve .I had a hard time sleeping at night because of the pain. He spent a good 20 -30 minutes on my back doing deep massage ,after he was done my back felt sore but he said to put ice on it when I get home. I went to bed and I sleep with out any pain ,it was all gone, I got a great night sleep.
