Five stars for sure. Home Instead were hired to assist our aging Mom and they did a wonderful job. She consistently expressed how happy she was the services received and really enjoyed the staff that were provided.

I highly recommend this wonderful service. We enlisted care from the Melbourne, FL Home Instead team for my 94 year old Mother who lives in her home. The Care Pros are lovely, enthusiastic and very caring. They made my mother feel very comfortable, which meant the world to me. From the amazing nurse that I spoke with in setting up the service to the helpful and caring scheduling people that always reassured me - they treat you like family and I can’t tell you just how much of a comfort it was for me and my Mom.

Recently I was in need of assistance after knee surgeryI was provided with excellent care from the ride home from surgery and someone to assist me for the first 24 hrs. And twice weekly there after . The staff was excellent, responded to my needs. It was pleasant having the same person every visit for everything. I didn’t have to worry. I knew that things would be taken care of when I had limited mobility. Wonder Service. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed . Carla A. April 2024
