Great customer service. Held up to their review. Service on site and on the phone was phenomenal. Technicians that showed were very polite and were very honest. Provided me the service that I was supposed to be get from Brian Davis, but they never showed.

Harbor Septic replaced an old septic system including the drain field and lift station about a year ago. They were knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced. The system has worked perfectly. Last night an alarm and red light went off on a panel they installed, and we didn’t know what the issue was. Thankfully, we were able to reach them this morning, they sent Bob out, and he fixed a wiring issue free of charge. All is well! My only complaint/suggestion would be to have an after-hours messaging process. Recently bought my new home a couple of months ago. Unbeknownst to me, I heard a strange sound coming from the garage and discovered it was my septic alarm going off. I called these folks since they had done the install of the septic system according to the previous owners,,, I am so glad I did. They were courteous, professional and informative from the start. They came out the same day, discovered the problem and it was fixed immediately. Needed a new lid as well and they delivered and installed it the next day.
