I reached out to Gina about a year ago, looking to improve some mobility/flexibility issues that were bugging me more and more as I got older. Gina, however, took things way beyond that! Aside from addressing my initial reasons for reaching out, she has helped me think more about my body as a complete system, helped me work to correct root causes of various physical issues, and helped me to almost completely rethink my nutrition and my relationship with food. It's been a year of positive change, and I can't wait to see what next year brings!
