This is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever gone to the doctor told me I would need two prescriptions. The office never called them in or gave them to me. When I called two days later they were mad they sent it to the wrong pharmacy when I called again, two days later, they hung up on me. Do not go there. I don't know about the Merritt Island location, but the Palmbay location is awful. I will also be letting the owners know, how mean that's the word mean the nurses were not to mention lazy and I still don't have my prescription seven days later

I went here for my first appointment. When I checked in, the front desk associate told me there was no appointment for me that day and she had it down for another day. I understand it could be a mistake on my part or hers. Not sure. But I had it in my calendar twice, once on the fridge calendar and once in my phone. The one star was not for that inconvenience but for the way it was handled by the associate. She continued on about how she never even called me for a confirmation so why would I come in?
