Extreme Air and Electric provided excellent service. I was able to schedule my appointment to coordinate with my condo association to allow roof access. They arrive well within the 2 hour window and completed service within that window. Tony Eurick was punctual, friendly and most importantly efficient. The job was done quickly and correctly. I appreciate having the same technician perform follow up routine maintenance too. It provides me an added degree of peace of mind.

An impressive first visit from Extreme Air. Mr. deBenedetto assessed and repaired a poorly functioning and poorly serviced 4-ton system. He explained each issue clearly and solicited my approval before making repairs. His professionalism and success was enough to persuade me to purchase a 2-year service contract. It's not often you see such competence and responsibility.

Great company and great communication about biannual service visits. Tech who came to do service was great, explained things well. We will be sticking with Mid-Florida Heating & Air going forward.
