Herbert took great care of me, and also my sister. I was two hundred percent satisfied with this company. And they had to deal with my 3 year old daughter crawling all over everything running around acting a fool. They were as nice as can be and really tried to take care of me. I went to Express Tax-1 today with a major problem and I was quite upset. Herbert fixed the issue. I walked out the door satisfied, so instead of a 1-star rating I am giving them a 4-star review. I have to give credit for professionally resolving a problem.
