Went in to go pick up my suit she said it was $16 no big deal I went to hand her $100 she said she can’t break that because then she would be left with no change. I hand her $14 cash and said to put the rest on card. She said she can’t to that because it’s only one ticket. I said fine I’ll just pay with my phone (tap to pay) said she can’t do that because they don’t have that capability. Totally displeased with the zero accommodations. Asked for the owners contact info she said she can’t give that to me either. So I’m on here waiting for the owner to contact me. Ridiculous that you are owning a business in 2024 but running it like you’re in 1960

Evergreen was extremely professional and understanding of my unique situation. I had multiple athletic uniforms in need of embroidery for a competition that was two days away. The team at evergreen took my uniforms without question and made the timeline happen for me without any worry. They are truly here to serve the public and do a fantastic job. Double charged for items

Made an order dropped stuff off, come to pick it up and I notice the amount is wrong. I dropped off 7_10 thing but there's less when I pay. I bring it up and the overly obese lady stares at me, she's never been nice not one time that we've used this place.

She tells me that's everything.
Im in a hurry so I just shrug and say Ill look into it.
Two weeks pass and I get covid. I'm getting rude texts from this place telling me I have to come pick up my things. I never placed another order?
