I contacted Portofino Bay Dental Care of Melbourne and within a few weeks I had an office visit. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left, I was super happy with my decision. Professional, kind and curious are only the few words I can describe this staff. I was taken into an exam room with Andrea, let me tell ya she will make you laugh and make you feel very comfortable. This is the first time that I have heard a doctor comment to an assistant that she did a great job. “10/10 as always! I went in for a deep clean and a couple cavity fillings, but decided to also get my teeth whitened while I was there. I didn't realize I would have one dental hygienist (Christina) the whole time, so the poor girl had to work on me for nearly 5 hours!Christina was amazing! I was very, very anxious about the deep cleaning and the pain. She was kind, patient, and understanding. I always felt comfortable. Dr. Rose did the fillings with Christina, and they both took great care of me.I'm very happy with my experience, and I can happily say that it's been a full day since and my teeth and gums don't hurt nearly as much as I thought they would!“
