Coastal climate was very helpful in getting our AC up and running again. Came out fast to help us up and running, while other companies wouldn’t even come out due to the holiday weekend. Very friendly technician who was honest and nice. Would recommend to others.
Service was amazing! Mike went above and beyond to repair my AC unit. When it was discovered that a needed part would not be available for a month, he was able to improvise a repair that got the system up and running again. When the part arrived the following month, they returned and installed it. This company cares for their customers like they were members of their famiIy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their AC systems.
Great job by Mike on my 2 ton a/c unit which had given out very suddenly, Mike took all of the readings and quickly determined I had a faulty capacitor.
He had a new one with him, installed and tested it, now my a/c is right back to its cooling self!
I told Mike that I know my outside unit will need eventual replacement as it’s pretty old, and that I would certainly be seeing him (Coastal Climate) when I’m ready to do this.
Great job and professional knowledge by Mike, he got me going again and at a good price. I’m very happy with him and the company.
