We bought a fixer-upper in Indialantic and wanted to do a large scale renovation, all new floors, update the bathrooms, fresh paint and more. We met with two other GCs prior to meeting with Dan Crawford of CCI, but Dan impressed us with his timeliness and professionalism. This was our first home (and first renovation), and while we had a good idea of what we wanted, we needed help working through the steps of getting there. Dan provided good ideas for improving our plans, and he worked with us through the entire three month renovation cycle (ended on schedule).
