Tom Brandon and his team take a lot of pride in their projects and go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy. Please consider Brandon Development for future projects. I wouldn’t trust the negative reviews you see. There is always 2 sides to the story and some people don’t update the reviews and follow up with positive results. I would encourage you to meet Tom Brandon himself and you will see that he is an honest and trustworthy person.

Brandon Builders kept in contact, were timely, did not break promises, and were professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did a few extra things for free. My daughters kitchen is amazing! I would hire them again.

We had the privilege of working with Brandon Development when we added in-law quarters to our existing home. From design plans through permitting, breaking ground to the final punch list, Tom Brandon and his team demonstrated professionalism and integrity along each step of the journey. The cost estimates given at the beginning of the project ended up being very accurate. We were pleased with the open lines of communication as the project progressed and are thrilled with our finished project. We love all the finishing touches that make our multi-generational house a home.
