I had a wonderful experience in the Service Department all thanks to Victor (EXT. 1114). He was incredibly nice, very communicative, patient, understanding and helpful. Any time I need to go to the dealership I will seek Victor out. He was the only person who saw me and did anything. I was told to go outside and fill out paperwork (even though it was about 2 hours before they closed) by someone sitting at a desk who didn't look like they were busy and once outside was ignored by the one person that walked by. Victor is the person to talk to, he will put you at ease and keep you in the loop. Great customer service, great worker, someone who puts pride in their work. I will share this post anywhere I can, he truly deserves the accolades I am sharing in the review.
Shawn "Goose" Guzman is outstanding Service Rep! My son's 2013 Kia Optima had an engine issue and Goose helped me identify that it was a serious problem with an engine recall. Goose helped me get my son's car in and repaired way quicker than I thought it was going to take. Kia replaced the engine at no cost to me and Goose did an excellent job keeping me informed the whole time. I had my son's car back in about a week.
