I heard of BA Hamilton plumbing from my family members who have used them in the past. I had a leaking sink. They were in and out in a few minutes, explained the problem, and were on their way. 3 stars because Brian was prompt for the appointment to assess two hot water heaters. I asked for a quote to replace both heaters. However, I never got the quote, so I cannot give a higher rating. I texted him my email address to send the quote along with a few other questions I forgot to ask during our appointment. Brian never replied to the texts. After no response, I reached out to another company for a second opinion and they were promt with a quote and installed two hot water heaters this week.B A Hamilton Plumbing sadly missed out
