Our 3 ton ac unit stopped working last month. Although we did not select Arnold Air Conditioning, we wanted to post a review highlighting how very professional and thorough they were in providing an estimate.Within 24 hours of contacting them, they sent a very knowledgeable representative. It was obvious that he had expert level experience and made some very good observations about our current set up - duct work included. He went up into our attic and assessed the entire system from cradle to grave. Spent nearly an hour with us going over everything and answering all the questions. No pressure to upsell us anything.
