I took my Yorkie to the Melbourne clinic. She has a loose tooth. I took her there as they are accredited. (only 15% of vets in the USA and Canada are accredited) I was very impressed when I walked in. The office was spotless. Plenty of staff at the reception desk. Was quickly checked in. Didn't have to wait long before I was taken back to see Dr Bowden.She gave Missy her DAPP injection as she was overdue for it. She examined Missy. Discussed the treatment (extracting the loose tooth) The whole experience was good. I felt very comfortable there. They got me in quickly, the doctor came in promptly, tests done within 5 minutes! Great staff, great job! No comparison to how they treated my cat (& me) to another well known vet on Eau Gallie. Compassionate, EFFICIENT, caring, sensible, caught medication mistakes the other vet made. Cat turned around within hours after being sick for 5 days. Not a number, not a dog, understood the sensitivity of cats.Thank you!

I have taken all of my dogs to AMC since 1990. I cannot find the words to convey how much I trust them and believe that they are sincerely concerned with the welfare of all their patients (and the humans too). I drive 100 miles (rt) because I know they are going to give my beloved pets the most conservative treatment they can if I cannot afford what they would normally prescribe. The front-end staff is excellent. Very professional and helpful. They, as well as the techs, pharmacists, veterinarians, and management are role models for how a business should be run.
