I've used this company twice now within a year, and this is twice that i've been blown away with their swiftness and customer service. I've had both a slab leak and water heater go, and both of these issues were resolved by them within 24-48 hours of me contacting them. I called Aladdin Magic Plumbing this morning because my water heater went out. The young lady who answered the phone was very sweet, helpful, and professional. She called me right back telling me Adam was on his way over. Adam was professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and informative. I opted to get a new water heater. Joey brought the new water heater and installed it. Joey was professional, friendly, kind and helpful. This was all done today with no waiting forever for someone to come out.
