Stay away from this company. There are a lot of great companies out there to choose from. Product is inferior and the installation is even worse.
The flooring cracked in numerous areas and after promises to honor warranty both verbally and in writing they just refuse to stand by their product and poor installation.
The owner blames the installer, their employee, and the installer blames owner for not honoring warranty. Don’t use this company. I’ve been trying to get repairs done for over a year and they refuse to respond or respond with promises to show up and never do.

I replaced my floors with Nano flooring in FEB 2023 . Have call them several times to come and fix some areas that are lifted and haven't had any luck with 'em coming to fix the problem. There just interested in doing the big jobs but not fixing the problem you may have afterwards. Very dissatisfied with the service they have provide me.
