I also let me put this out there the house as of right now The AC is still broken and no phone call and it’s Sunday and it’s 100 plus outside. I am still waiting for someone to call me Monday morning. You will be hearing from my attorney.I have changed from 1 star to 4 stars I will change it to 5 when my sister unit gets replaced.they did come this morning and a just changed the fan motor. So we will see.

This is the first service company that I have worked with that: the tech arrived on time, resolved the problem, was neat and left the area clean while doing maintenance - highly recommend the service and the office communication with me.

Extremely knowledgeable. Lazaro was kind in taking the time to thoroughly explain to me the issue with my air conditioning system and gave me the comfort that they would do their best to provide me with a viable solution. Needless to say, 911 Cold Air corrected my issue same day and prevented me from having to replace my entire HVAC system. Quick and effective, I highly recommend.
