It's never fun to break down on the side of the road, especially during the holiday season, but sometimes these moments remind us how kind people can be. A huge thank you to the driver who came to our rescue - not only did he arrive quickly and handle the tow professionally and efficiently, but he also took the time to offer genuine words of encouragement that lifted our spirits when we needed it most.
