I'm a Navy reservist and I knew I was only going to be in town for a couple weeks. I was looking for training and reached out to Southern Soul and they welcomed me with open arms. Great training. Friendly and professional staff. Safe environment. I highly recommend this place!

I love coming here to train. Very friendly and welcoming environment even when you’re getting choked out on a regular basis… Lexi and Kevin are the owners and are amazing individuals, as well as their kiddos. Shane and Jackie are the coaches. Both are great at the breakdowns of each instruction. Each week we focus on something different and it’s great to get that week worth of training on a specific position/topic.

This gym is like a 2nd home for my family! We love the facility and instructors. The kids' classes are fun, informative, and safe. I've personally seen instructors be intentional and thoughtful about their approach, tailoring it to age and skill level... And exhibit a great deal of patience and kindness with students as they learn. Their intentional leadership on the kids' mats also translates to adult classes. It's such a special place!
