These ppl truly care about animals. I dealt w Rachel who is amazing w an obvious heart of gold towards our babies as well as the comfort level for them and us moms and dads. They are also open on Saturdays because they realize pets get sick on weekends too and they want to be there for them. I am definitely switching all my fur babies to Emerald Coast Animal Hospital even though they’re quite a bit further away. I will go to the ends of the earth for my babies!
Sooo I may be bias for writing this since this is the only vet my husband and I have been to since moving down here from Delaware but boy did we hit the jackpot! I love everyone in this vet , they are so nice, so helpful , so understanding and the ladies at the front desk are phenomenal ! I was talking to them about my high anxiety cat when dropping my other two off for surgery and I was super anxious and nervous but they made me feel so happy and reassured plus that whole day they kept me updated on my cats status and health. The veterinarian and technicians have been great to me and my pup. The front desk is much better when the office manager/owner is there. It’s comforting to see her making her rounds to ensure Staff is taking care of business.
