I had replaced the thermostat on a Sunday, but it still didn't work. I called dispatch and they connected me to Michael Warren. He proceeded to help me program the thermostat correctly. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Had it running perfectly in minutes! I am SO glad to be a member of Jemison Heating and Cooling!!! Highly recommend!

I called in am n they were here 2 hours later the technician explained what he was doing he checked and serviced my air conditioner fixed problem price was lower than I expected I would recommend them if you want great service
