I ordered Progressive glasses.Marie was very nice & professional. The pricing is excellent. I had to go back for an adjustment & I was seen by her partner. He was extra nice & patient & worked with me until I was comfortable with my new glasses. I would recommend them to anyone who needs glasses. They could not have been better. Great pricing & fantastic service.
First and Foremost, the customer service here is second to none. The owners Marie and Wilson are the nicest, politest, and informative opticians on the planet. Unlike other stores, they went out of there way to save me money and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll never go anywhere else.
One of the arms of my eyeglasses broke in a way that could not be repaired. I was able to get a new frame and the lenses put in within 20 minutes of stopping by. Frame was similar to broken one just a different color but nice. I thought for a quick and satisfactory fix and get back to life, the price $59 with helpful customer service was OK by me. Been going to Value specs for several years. Even though management was changed recently, I'm still happy to keep coming here.
