Good dry cleaning and great laundering on my duvet.But recently I brought a silk crape dress to knock out the wrinkles, and received it back with at least five blotches and stains in various places on the dress, wrinkles still in place. They tried to claim those were there before I brought it in, but the new garment still had its store tags on. Afraid to leave it there for attempts at cleaning it, I took the dress elsewhere, and was told someone unfamiliar with the fabric had been experimenting on it. If I hadn’t stumbled on another place with people who know what they are doing, I would not have had my dress for my nephew’s wedding. Sorry but you now have one...read full review

Left a new King size quilt off to be washed and dry. Just a refresh due to storing in my storage place. Was not there the day I was suppose to pick up. One lie after another day after day stalling tactics. Quilt gone never payed me back for quilt and I still have the receipt. Poor, poor business man! Stay away from this company!
