I try to always do a spa day while on vacation. I stayed at the Hilton but they didn't offer all of the services I wanted. This place was wonderful! I got a massage, facial and a haircut. It is very clean, updated and everyone was very professional and great at their art. My favorite was the facial. My skin felt and looked beautiful afterwards. So glad I chose to go here. I would definitely recommend Rick's to anyone.
We walked in without an appointment on a weekday. We were accommodated to be seen within 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and modern. The location was easy to find in the Esplanade and there were ample parking spaces. The stylist, Nicole, gave my son a great wash and cut, really listening to what we wanted. He was very happy with the result. Although the $39 price was a bit higher than what we usually pay for a kids cut at other places, the quality and experience made it worth it.
I love this salon! I am a regular customer and have gone for multiple services. Andrea is awesome and the rest of the staff is friendly & professional. Will definitely keep returning!
