The last time I went here I had a really bad experience but after I wrote a review they called me and refunded 100% of my money. So today it's been several months and I tried decided to try them again and they had a new girl there named Queyna. She is by far the best groomer I've ever used. I have a very large Golden Retriever and she's not easy to groom. Queyna spent several hours with her and she just looks so fantastic I'm blown away. I will be using her in the future for sure. Thank you so much.

For the most part great store, there is an older lady there who is rude and evidently does not enjoy doing here job, she was too lazy to finish wrapping a rubber band around a bag of crickets
My daughter was missing her cat and was just having a bad day. The staff, Holly I think, were very friendly and talked with my daughter telling her about the cats they have at the store. We found some supplies for our cat and a toy for my parent's dogs. It took us a while and the staff never rushed us but was always available if we had a question.
