Absolutely wonderful experience. Responsive from the beginning, communicative, polite, felt VALUED as a customer. The technician was ON TIME (despite an accident holding up traffic). He was POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, worked quietly and efficiently. He showed up in a clean uniform with the company name embroidered, introduced himself, and kept us informed of all progress. His work was beautifully done and there was absolutely ZERO residual for me to clean up after he left. Afterwards, I was contacted by the office for payment. Could not have been a better experience. We love Marco Plumbing and especially Jordan! He’s done two jobs for us now and not only is he great at his job but he’s very personable and takes the time to explain what’s happening and why. They’ve replaced our hot water heater and our kitchen faucet and their prices and service are great. We highly recommend them.
