It was a pleasure working with both Carlos's. We lived up North while total renovation of Kitchen and replacement floors were being completed. They kept us continually updated with pictures and calls, any concerns that we had, they quickly resolved.We love our new kitchen.We wish them the best in all their future endeavors.
Carlos and his team were fantastic. We mainly communicated by phone, however he would FaceTime me for exact details. He also uses a web site called buildertrend which you can see what has been done. I am a nurse but my passion was flipping houses in RI , I have had numerous contractors preform work me. At first I didn’t believe Carlos was a real person. He responded immediately to questions, problems with my orders purchased from another company, and even went as far as to send an order back for me. I could go on and on how professional and wonderful Carlos was my only wish is if I could bring him to RI.
We had the best experience with a remodel of a kitchen in a condo in Marco Island. We were not present in Marco.We did everything on line with contractor. Carlos was always responding to any questions that we had plus great suggestions. They handled all the permits and ordering of materials.The condo was clean and the finished product great.
