Was charged for a rental. The company canceled a month later. It’s now two months after that and I still have not gotten a refund after 6 calls to the company. Theresa Davidson does not exist. All calls are outsourced to India. Do not rent with this company. Not a legitimate company.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY. I received an email that my reservation had been cancelled bc company had closed but have not received a refund. I have made multiple calls to the company and no response. I still have not received a refund. I booked through VRBO and was offered a 100 percent cancellation refund and still can not get refunded. The company just keeps telling me they “created a case” I am not getting any responses back. BEWARE. This company is a scam !

My husband and I both reached out for support and we were never addressed. Although the home we rented is absolutely beautiful, the management is poor. Guest convenience and satisfaction are not prioritized which makes it unlikely that we would secure a stay with them ever again.There was not a single liner for the trash receptacle aside from the one that was in it. There was no starter pack of dish detergent or dishwasher tabs. No laundry detergent was provided. The checkout rules are lengthy with charges based upon how much needs to be washed.
