Mr. Justin B. Tharp performed a semi -annual maintenance inspection on each of my four condo units. He arrived right on time having telephoned me àbout fifteen minutes earlier with a heads up. He efficiently conducted the inspection, checking the overall condition of each unit, measuring the various operational parameters of each system, flushing the drain system, and replacing the air filter. He also gave me several tips on how to more efficiently keep my units operational. He did an outstanding job.
