I have been trying to close on my mother's home for 4 months. With 5 extensions, still no closing. Needed to reach out to our lawyer twice.This realtor Terry, seems to be working for the buyers. I have moved my mother out of Flordia, a few weeks before closing. And that was Aug 25,2017. Well it's now Nov 8th 2017, and no closing. I had ask on Sept 25th, for a 10k non-refundable escrow. If we didn't close in 45 days.PERIOD!! So she ignored my wishes, and wrote it if they could not get financed. Are contract started in July, and my mom is a 81 year old. I have worked with Terry on three separate transactions (soon to be 4) over the past 10 years and can safely say that there is no better broker on the island.
