I needed a screw replaced in prescription sunglasses while on vacation…walk in…Not only replaced screw but adjusted frame all as a courtsey.Didn't expect it to be courtsey!Thanks much from Montana!

My frames were broken and the lens were falling out. I went to the optometrist office that I had used many years ago. I was told there was nothing they could do, suggested I get a new pair of glasses for $700 and shamed for not having a backup pair. I then went to a local jeweler to see if my frames could be soldered and it didn't work. They sent me to this office. When I walked in I was nearly in tears because I literally could not see and needed a fix of some sort. Jeanie listened to my situation, took my glasses and began searching through their frame inventory. She found a pair of frames and replaced my lenses without difficulty.
