Absolutely, without a doubt the best customer service I have received in the 6 years that we have lived here. We called Ernest Plumbing at 1:35 pm looking for help with our on demand water heater. Within 10 mins they arrived and troubleshot the problem. By 2:25 pm we had a new water heater installed and working. We have used them before and will not use anyone else. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service. A manufacturer Part failure caused a new shower installation to Leak. Rhodes plumbing resolved the problem completely and quickly to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend.

Could NOT have been any better. Fast and professional. I am so impressed. Plumbing was repaired/ replaced and the dishwasher is up and running. Home Depot totally dropped the ball but Rhodes picked it up and ran with it. AWESOME!!!!!Service: Plumbing pipe repair
