I discovered this hidden gem scrolling through Facebook and thought of them as an option for a place where I could take my pup Cooper to burn some energy from time to time. The ease of communication was amazing! The comfort you feel while booking as a first time pup owner (whose never left their baby with anyone) literally was the best feeling! The reassurance I felt speaking with Monica and then the owner Lisa I knew this was the place. I had a prior experience the day before and it was a nightmare, so coming to Central Bark I was a bit on edge; but it was night and day compared to the other place. I would give this place a thousand stars if I could not be happier. Also while my pup was there I requested a full groom and he came home so handsome. His first day went wonderfully they called me mid day for an update then at pick up I was given a folder with his behavior assessment for the first day with plenty of details and a first day of daycare picture. They initially promised it would take an hour and a half, but it ended up being two and a half hours. Add-on to the extra time, Luffy came out smelling wonderful and looking great.
