My husband and I have been members at F45 MCC for over a year now. We initially joined to “get in shape” for our wedding, but soon realized that this was so much more than just a gym. It’s a community; we’ve built friendships, developed a level of trust, and found a safe space within these walls. Coaches Xavier, Rey, Josh, James, Diesel, Hassan, and more are all knowledgeable, personable, and passionate. I’m so glad we found F45 MCC!!
F45 Training Maitland City Centre is an incredible fitness experience! Coach Brooks and Aliya are truly exceptional, providing top-notch guidance and motivation. The gym is impressively clean, creating a welcoming environment for every session. The workouts are both intense and fast-paced, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding fitness journey. The attention to detail in coaching and the overall cleanliness make it a standout choice for those seeking an effective and enjoyable workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their fitness game!
I love F45 I can from Baldwin F45, since this is closer to my house. Usually the mornings aren't packed. It's better to workout in the morning as there isn't much traffic. In the afternoon it is hard to find parking and you will need to go in the parking garage to park. If you like high intensity workout I suggest you try it out they often have specials for first time guess.
