“Only negative thing I have to say, is that I’m not allowed to leave a higher review. My family and I, have been coming here for about 2 1/2 years. And they have once still not disappointed us. They always do an amazing job with our garments, always leaving with almost brand new articles of clothing each time. Not only is their dry cleaning services immaculate but their customer service is 10/10. Maria who took care of us last night, was an absolute joy. It’s wonderful to see a place where customer service is so lovely. To give you a picture, I went in to pick up my suit and my wife’s dress and stayed and talked to them for almost 30 minutes. To us, it is absolutely lovely being able to talk to the person behind the counter as a human and not just a worker trying to get us out of their face. Kudos to Orchid cleaners.“

I gave him an aggressive deadline to tailor my suit jacket, and he went above and beyond to get it done in time. Not only that, but the jacket fit even better than I could have imagined. “I had a bridesmaids dress that I had altered at a different local shop. After the wedding I needed it dry cleaned and I wanted the hem shorted because I had ripped it at the reception. Here, the cost of the hem was half than the initial hemming at the first place- and she finished it faster. Dry cleaning was also clean and nice. Just know she doesn’t take cards so you need cash or check.“
