Unfortunately, the manufacturer (Goodman) sent out defective parts and was slow to address the problems. (Approximately 12 different individuals over a 7-day period) I would like to add, I never knew anyone from this organization nor had I ever heard of this company prior to my search to find someone to transform my garage.
