I began working out with Meral in order to prep for a week long backpacking trip with my son at high altitude. I had never really trained before, and I wasn't ready for the rigors of this trip. However, with Meral's guidance and encouragement, my strength and endurance increased significantly. In fact, I was able to hike and enjoy myself the entire week. Meral is more than a trainer, she's a great coach and encourager. I'd recommend Body Lines by Meral without hesitation to anyone who wants to live a stronger healthier life!
The creators of Facebook CLEARLY never had Meral as a trainer because 5 stars just isn't enough! 10 across the board. This woman has changed my life! I'm no longer afraid to eat..I train hard and eat clean, and when I'm through with that, I train harder and eat cleaner. She is dependable, intelligent, and has truly brightened every facet of my life! 1 month and I'm already down 6% body fat and I've gained 9 pounds of muscle and I feel better than I have in years. I was introduced to Meral Ertunc in 2001. I had ten weeks until my class reunion. I had poor eating habits and did very little exercise at. Meral helped me in ten weeks through diet and exercise go from a size 10 to a size 6. I proudly went to my reunion transformed into my former self. This began a professional relationship that has lasted 14 years. She helped me before my class reunion, my wedding and now after the birth of my two children. Meral has inspired my love for exercise/training and rekindled a competitive desire to see myself excel and be the absolute best I can be in all areas of my life. I have a renewed confidence in myself and a vitalty for life that had slipped away being overweight. She taught me how heart rate and breathing techniques effect my training so I could trainer longer, harder and more efficiently. Thanks to Meral I can walk into any weight room world wide and know I have good form and technique. I have a working knowledge of the machines and know how to use free weights and which exercises to do. She is ever teaching me how my diet effects my body and how to tweak my diet. It's due to her years as professional and competitive athlete that she takes me through the process to achieve whatever goals I set for myself. Her vast knowledge on diet and exercise puts her in a elite category of personal trainers. She knows the tried and true standards in field. She is an expert.
