As much as I hated being in the hospital, I will say my experience at Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital was very good and wonderful. I am visiting my cousin here in Macclenny, FL from Indy, and was not feeling well and having pain on my left side, so decided I needed to go to the hospital to get checked out. We were advised from urgent Care clinic to go to the ER based on my symptoms, so I went to Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital. From the time I entered the ER to the time I left the hospital, it was very professional from the nurses and doctors on staff. Luckily, there was no one waiting ahead of me when I entered the ER, so I met with triage right away and filled out the forms. I only waited about 10-15 minutes before I was called back into the ER and brought to an exam room. The nurses were very kind and professional in taking my information and assisting me with blood pressure and getting results done for blood work and urine tests. I had a CT scan done as well, and the nurses were very kind and walked me through the CT scan with ease and grace. Dr. Paul Jarczyk was the doctor who handled me and he was very professional and did an excellent job explaining everything to me and answered my questions very well. He was straight up and to the point with me, which I appreciated very much, and made me aware of some things that the CT scan caught which I should be aware of moving forward. All in all, I spent a total of about two and a half hours at the hospital, which is great compared to other hospitals. If I was at a major city hospital, I would have spent at least three to hour hours, maybe longer at the ER. For a small town hospital, this was very organized and well staffed from what I could see. Everyone showed care and grace when dealing with me and taking care of me, which I appreciated very much. As much as I did not enjoy being at the hospital, I'm glad I came here and received excellent customer service from all the nurses and doctors that I dealt with during my stay. I just wish all hospitals were like Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital, because then patients would be in and out in a decent time and receive excellent patient care in the process. If you happen to be in Macclenny, FL and need to go to the hospital, definitely come here for care because you will be in good hands!

My roommate was there because of his epilepsy the other night. He almost died but they accused him of being on dope. Hope you like negative drug test jerks. Also he had 63$ cash on him and a cross necklace that his daughter gave him. He had 60$ and no necklace when he left. Hes not upset about the money so much as he is the necklace that hes had for years from his daughter. Weve heard bad things about this hospital but now experienced it.

I seen Dr. Keener On October 31st 2017 for Cosmetic Surgery and she is absolutely amazing! Everything from her waiting room, office staff & even operating room staff were all so friendly and had amazing bed side manors!! They were all so nice to me and patient with me being I was so nervous the day of my surgery! She is very very well educated on what she does and isn't going to sugar coat anything or tell you what you want to hear to make money! She checks up on me constantly and is always there if I have a question at crazy hours! Don't let the bad reviews of that medical center ruin going to see her for any kind of cosmetic surgery you are considering to be beautiful! She has all the best stuff from Botox to getting a tummy tuck! I had no bruising from my surgery and my scar is extremely limited! She is an amazing dr and I'm so glad that I found her! I drove from starke to come see her!! And will continue to see her in the future!
